Brand & Personality Intake — Abell Visuals
ABELL VISUALS · VERSION 1.2

New Client Brand DNA Intake Form

This form is designed to help us find creative and unique ways to personalize your video branding. It's the source of truth we build from for every video and script we produce for you — a one-time (or periodically updated) profile, not a per-shoot form. We're not just producing your videos; we're your strategic content partner, building the brand behind them.

Section 1 of 10

Agent Information

Is this brand build for you personally, for a team, or for a company/builder?
Are you the Project Lead for this brand build?
If YES: continue and complete the entire form. If NO: finish the short Team Perception & Goals box below, then skip directly to Section 8 (Individual & Brand DNA). Sections 2–7 and 9 are for the Project Lead only.
For Team Members Only — Team Perception & Goals
Answer this only if you are NOT the Project Lead.
Now skip ahead to Section 8 — Individual & Brand DNA. You're finished after that section.

Brokerage Information

Section 3 of 10

Brand Fundamentals

This section is about your brand as an agent — not personal taste, that comes later. Your favorite color lives in the Personality section.
Primary Property Type Focus
Which words describe your brand? (select at least 3)
This word list is required — pick the ones that genuinely sound like you, not the ones that sound impressive.
Section 4 of 10

Brand Assets

Please read before continuing. We design around what you provide. If specific fonts, colors, or a brand direction guide aren't included in your links below, we'll use our best creative judgment — so if there's a look you need us to match, this is where you tell us.
Must include: logo files, required fonts, brand colors, and a brand direction guide if you have one.
Kept separate from your personal assets on purpose — must include the brokerage's logo, fonts, colors, and brand guide.
Do you already have brand fonts?
No problem — take a few minutes to browse fonts you like (Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts are good places to start) and note down any styles that catch your eye below.
Font Style Preference
Do you have a logo?
Does your brokerage require specific logo usage, colors, fonts, or brand application rules?
Confirm this is included in your Brokerage Brand Assets link above, or provide it separately here.
Do you want a consistent branded ending (an outro/end-tag) on every video?
If yes: this must be scheduled and built before any videos are produced, and approved by you before use. It is quoted and billed hourly by the motion graphics designer, separate from any video package — you are paying for the time to create it, not purchasing a stock asset. It remains our copyright; you retain exclusive use of it in your content.
Section 5 of 10

Video Interests & Overall Look

This helps us understand your overall direction from the start — for the branding, scripts, and creative planning behind every video we produce for you. It is not a binding production order.
What types of video are you interested in?
Note: Cinematic videos are horizontal (16:9). Social media reels are vertical (9:16). If you want both formats for the same content, that requires an additional edit — and often an additional shoot setup — at added cost.
Do you want text on screen (your script/key points shown as text)?
On-screen text also helps with searchability — Google can read text on screen, but can't index spoken words the same way.
Do you want the property address shown at the beginning of property videos?
What are your feelings on AI usage in your videos?
Do you want to approve AI elements before the final video is produced, or review and request changes after?
Requiring pre-approval on AI elements will add production time — typically at least a full day, since it adds a review step between editing and final delivery.
Section 6 of 11

Music & Extras

Music Genre / Style Preference (select all that apply)
We have a license to use royalty-free music from audiio.com within your videos. If you'd like to search for songs yourself, you're welcome to browse there and pick titles, or you can leave it to us based on your genre and style preferences above.
Have you browsed audiio.com and chosen your song picks?
If requesting an outside song not from audiio.com, please also provide a Dropbox link to the actual audio file.
We will not begin editing your videos, even once they're recorded, until you've made at least 3 song picks from audiio.com or confirmed an outside song. Please browse and submit your picks as soon as possible so we can stay on schedule.
Outside or unlicensed songs risk platform muting or takedown. Abell Visuals is not responsible for this per the signed agreement. Music must be approved per individual video before production.

Service Areas & Specialty

Answer this section for YOURSELF, even if you're on a team. Everyone's answers here will likely be different — that's expected. We compare notes across the team afterward to nail down the full picture; you don't need to agree with your teammates before filling this out.
Think specific and visual, not general — a lake, a downtown strip, a park, a historic building. This is exactly what turns into a fun, location-driven video concept.
What's your primary focus?
What property types do you specialize in or want to be known for?
Section 8 of 11

Social Proof & Team

If you have a team, which member or aspect should we prioritize featuring? (leader only)
Section 9 of 11

Individual & Brand DNA

Your brand's DNA sits above your personal personality — this section asks about both, and about what makes each genuinely distinct, not just descriptive.
How comfortable are you on camera?

Your Story

This is the deepest part of your Brand DNA — not a test, just how we get videos that actually sound like you. We’re capturing your real stories, the phrases you use, and the way you say things, so scripts read in your language instead of ours. When a client watches your video and then meets you in person, there should be no difference between the two.
Answer at least 8 of the 17 questions below. You’re welcome to answer all 17 — the more you give us, the stronger and truer your brand becomes. Pick the ones that pull a real story out of you, and answer the way you’d actually say it out loud.
Your background
Your local roots
What you believe
Your stories
Your voice and your signature

Production Preferences

Which video plan are you interested in?
Which day of the week generally works best for you?
A general preference to help us plan around, not a booking.
